Summary

This study aimed to selectively deliver sorafenib, a therapeutic agent for hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), to the tumor site using mPEG-PCL nanoparticles as a biocompatible drug carrier to reduce side effects and enhance therapeutic efficacy. By conjugating cRGDfK for HCC targeting and incorporating S-Cy5.5 for near-infrared fluorescence imaging, the results demonstrated selective accumulation of the nanoparticles in the tumor and improved anticancer activity.
