본 연구는 기존 심혈관 또는 신장 질환이 없는 제2형 당뇨병 환자에서 다파글리플로진, 엠파글리플로진, DPP4 억제제의 임상 결과를 비교했습니다. SGLT2 억제제는 DPP4 억제제에 비해 심혈관 질환, 심부전 입원 및 신장 질환 위험을 유의미하게 감소시키는 것으로 나타났으며, 다파글리플로진과 엠파글리플로진 간의 임상 결과에는 유의미한 차이가 없어 SGLT2 억제제 계열 효과를 시사합니다.
