Summary

This study examined the relationships among attitude toward organizational change, positive psychological capital, supportive learning environment, and supervisor’s transformational leadership among employees in large corporations. The results indicated that positive psychological capital and supportive learning environment significantly influenced attitude toward organizational change, and supervisor’s transformational leadership moderated the relationship between supportive learning environment and attitude toward organizational change.
