본 연구는 한국형 FRAIL(K-FRAIL) 척도의 임상적 타당성과 실용성을 평가하기 위해 수행되었습니다. K-FRAIL 척도는 포괄적 노인 평가 지표와 유의미한 상관관계를 보였으며, 허약 정도가 심할수록 영양 상태, 신체 기능, 기능적 의존성, 다약제 복용 등에서 악화된 결과를 보였습니다. K-FRAIL 척도는 임상 환경에서 노인의 허약 상태를 간편하게 선별하는 데 유용한 도구임을 확인했습니다.
