Summary

This study analyzed the impact of human resource diversity on organizational performance in public organizations. The results showed that increased diversity in terms of tenure of service and level of education had a positive impact on organizational performance, and a nonlinear relationship was confirmed where education diversity had a positive effect and gender diversity had an inverted U-shaped effect.
