Summary

This study aimed to identify user requirements for the development of functional bras for mastectomy patients, as secondary diseases during rehabilitation can negatively impact their physical and psychological well-being. A survey of 133 mastectomy patients revealed a low bra wearing rate due to cost and lack of information, with size, fit, and shape stability being the most important considerations when purchasing a bra.
