Summary

This study empirically analyzed the efficiency trends of 27 public enterprises from 2008 to 2017 using data envelopment analysis (DEA). Applying the radial VRS model and SORM, the study analyzed efficiency and evaluated the reliability of existing DEA models through benchmarking information and outlier stability. The results indicate an overall improvement in the efficiency of public enterprises, but with varying trends across industries and individual companies, suggesting the need for efficiency improvement strategies tailored to each specific enterprise.
