Summary

This study analyzed the effects of workers’ diversity of educational backgrounds on training costs, sales per capita, and organizational commitment. The results showed that diversity of educational backgrounds had a positive impact on sales per capita and organizational commitment, but did not significantly affect training costs. This suggests that companies should leverage diversity of educational backgrounds to improve performance and implement education, training, and HRD strategies to accumulate human capital.
