본 연구는 동반 질환을 가진 조기 위암 환자에서 내시경 점막하 박리술(ESD)의 임상 결과를 분석하고자 하였다. 동반 질환 그룹에서 항혈소판제 사용 비율이 높았으며, 입원 기간은 길었지만 시술 관련 합병증 발생률은 차이가 없었다. 그러나 동반 질환 그룹의 5년 생존율(전체, 질병 특이적, 무병)이 유의미하게 낮았다.
