Summary

This study compared and analyzed the multicultural beliefs and efficacy of preservice special education teachers and preservice early childhood teachers, revealing no difference in multicultural efficacy but a higher level of multicultural beliefs among preservice special education teachers. The study also confirmed that major, grade level, and experience in multicultural courses influenced multicultural beliefs and efficacy.
