Summary

This study analyzed the impact of the characteristics of strategic performance measurement systems on fairness perception, and the relationship between fairness perception, organizational citizenship behavior, and business performance. The results showed that performance measurement systems reflecting strategic goals and understood by members enhance fairness perception, and procedural justice positively influences organizational citizenship behavior, ultimately contributing to improved business performance.
