Summary

This study explores a paradigm for Christian management based on a Christian anthropology, particularly from a Reformed perspective, and seeks to apply it to the field of management. Reformed anthropology views humans as created in the image of God but fallen, and proposes that the purpose of management is for individuals to know Jesus Christ and glorify God. It argues that biblical principles of restoring the distorted image of God and broken relationships should be applied to all areas of value creation.
