Summary

This study analyzes the impact of university social responsibility (CSR) activities on university reputation, focusing on stakeholder responses. Specifically, it measures the reactions of faculty, students, and local merchants to university CSR activities aimed at revitalizing declining areas by deploying young entrepreneurs, and examines attitudinal differences based on self-construal theory. The results indicate that university CSR activities enhance university reputation, and independent self-construal has a more positive impact than interdependent self-construal.
