This study investigated the relationships between emotional intelligence, ego-resilience, coping efficacy, and academic stress among medical students. Coping efficacy mediated the relationships between emotional intelligence, ego-resilience, and academic stress, suggesting implications for designing educational programs to reduce academic stress.
