This study investigated the relationships between emotional intelligence, ego-resilience, coping efficacy, and academic stress among medical students. Coping efficacy mediated the relationships between emotional intelligence, ego-resilience, and academic stress, suggesting implications for designing educational programs to reduce academic stress.

행복과 건강에 관한 비약물적 접근방식고찰 의과대학 휴먼시스템의학과

과거에 비해 복잡한 사회구조와 정보 속에서 정신건강이 위협받고 있는 현대인의 정서와 행복감을 이해하기 위해서는 몸, 정신을 둘러싸고 있는 주변 환경, 운동, 영양, 수면, 종교와 mass media 에 대한 고찰과 그에 대한 non-pharmacological intervention 이 도움이 될 수 있다. 행복감에 영향을 미치는 다양한 coping skill 에 대한 evidence 들을 고찰하고 알아보는 것이 중요할 것으로 보인다. 이 강좌에서는 환경심리학과 행복 심리학, 분석 심리학적 관점에서 non-pharmacological approach to happiness 에 대해 최신지견 및 근거를 고찰하고 토론해 보고자 한다.
