Summary

This study develops a biological pretreatment technology for agricultural waste for bioethanol production, demonstrating an effective method of lignin degradation using Pleurotus florida and grape leaves on rice straw. Notably, a high lignin degradation rate of 99% was observed when used with grape leaves, and structural changes during pretreatment were confirmed through FTIR and SEM analysis.
