Summary

This study prepared polyacrylonitrile (PAN)-based porous activated carbon nanofibers via electrospinning and KOH activation, and investigated their pore structure and carbon dioxide adsorption characteristics. The diameter of the activated carbon nanofibers decreased and surface oxygen functional groups increased with increasing KOH concentration, and the specific surface area also increased.
