Summary

A transparent conductive film was fabricated based on bacterial cellulose (BC) with the addition of silver nanowires (AgNW) and/or graphene, and its properties were evaluated. The AgNW-added film exhibited excellent electrical characteristics with a thickness of 350 μm, electron concentration of 1.53x10¹⁹, electron mobility of 6.63x10⁵, and resistivity of 0.28, while the BC film showed higher thermal stability than the PET film at 150°C.
