Summary

This study analyzes the impact of emotional wounds of organizational members on their ability and organizational performance, and suggests implications for the diagnosis and healing of emotional wounds in human resource management. The results show that emotional wounds directly negatively affect performance and also negatively affect ability through emotional problems.
