Summary

This study evaluated the performance of SME support policies utilizing government procurement based on customer satisfaction with service quality, analyzing the impact of five service quality dimensions (tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy) on satisfaction. The results showed that expectation levels before receiving support were higher than actual performance, and empathy and tangibles significantly influenced overall satisfaction.
