Summary

This study analyzed the factors influencing customer satisfaction among 276 users of public social welfare services at community service centers. The results showed that monthly average income had a positive impact on customer satisfaction, while the length of service usage had a negative impact, and the presence of a dedicated public official increased satisfaction. This suggests that service usage-related factors have a more significant impact on customer satisfaction than the users’ human capital factors.
