Summary

This study aims to analyze the approach trends in social welfare program development and dissemination by deriving theoretical models from the perspectives of knowledge, actors, and process, and exploring the possibility of integrating academia-centered and field-centered models. The study identified four approaches – unidirectional/gradual knowledge-driven, practitioner/resident-driven – and discussed the potential for an integrated IR-AR approach.
