‘인턴십 과정모형’을 활용한 대학생 해외인턴십 실태 분석: 미국 워싱턴 D.C. 지역을 중심으로
This study surveyed 108 Korean university students who participated in overseas internships in Washington D.C., USA, to understand the status of internship preparation, experience, and life abroad. The results showed that students participated in internships to improve their international work abilities in their major fields, and the biggest difficulty was the financial burden of internship expenses. Successful overseas internships require careful selection of internship institutions and strengthening the connection between internships and future careers, and support from the government and universities should be expanded to improve the internship preparation process and diversify internship institutions.
