Summary

This study analyzed the teaching and learning factors and teacher perceptions appearing in ICT-based class design. The results showed that teachers utilize ICT throughout the class, mainly in lecture-style teaching for information presentation, and despite a positive perception of ICT-based class design, they experience difficulties in class operation and design.
