Summary
This study phenomenologically investigated how users of cultural welfare services perceive the performance of those services. The results showed that cultural welfare services awaken users' cultural sensibility and lead them to explore new opportunities for life transition. In particular, through community experience, users were found to newly establish perceptions of themselves, others, and their future visions.
