Summary

This study verified the effectiveness of a convergent STEAM education program between art and science & technology for 6th-grade elementary school students and 1st-grade high school students. The experimental results showed positive changes in the sub-factors of science and technology learning outcomes and perception in both grades, with statistically significant improvements in all sub-factors for elementary school students. This suggests that experience-based classes exploring the surrounding school environment and designing improvements with artwork contribute to enhancing learning effectiveness.
