This study analyzes the characteristics and limitations of South Korea's marriage migrant women policy from a multiculturalism perspective, examining issues of racial and gender bias. Considering the identity reformation process formed by marriage migrant women in a transnational social field, the concept of multiculturalism is suggested as a policy direction, and tasks for strengthening intercultural citizenship education and diverse integration policies are proposed.
