Summary

This study aimed to identify the relationships among department satisfaction, career decision-making type, and career preparation behavior of health science students, and to provide basic data for developing career guidance programs. The results showed that department satisfaction influenced career preparation behavior in the order of aptitude learning, interpersonal relationship, and career occupation, and that the rational type of career decision-making had a positive effect, while the dependent and intuitive types had a negative effect.
