This study investigated the impact of healthcare accreditation on organizational culture, job satisfaction, business performance, and patient safety in nursing homes in Busan, using a survey. The results showed changes in perception and attitude after accreditation evaluation, a positive correlation between variables, and a positive influence of organizational culture, job satisfaction, and business performance on patient safety.
