Summary

This study analyzed the impact of emotional labor, job stress, burnout, and social support on the intention to quit among beauty salon workers in Busan. The results showed that lower age, education level, work experience, and position were associated with higher job stress and burnout, and factors such as emotional regulation, role stress, and social support influenced the intention to quit. Notably, the factors affecting the intention to quit differed depending on the employee's role (manager/designer, assistant).
