Summary

This study aims to explore public awareness of bibliotherapy through big data analysis and to identify its objective awareness. The study utilized social network service data and applied text mining and opinion mining techniques to analyze keywords related to bibliotherapy, with a comparative analysis to reading therapy. The results suggest the need for efforts to expand and improve the perception of bibliotherapy.
