This study examined the factor structure of the Older Adults Behavioral Checklist-Informant (OABCL), developed in the United States, and its measurement invariance across rater groups (spouse, friend, child, nursing assistant) in Korean older adults. The results indicated that the OABCL was generally interpretable consistently across the four groups, although some tendencies were observed in problem behavior assessment depending on the rater group. These findings provide discussion for the clinical and research utilization of the Korean version of the OABCL.
