Summary

This study analyzed the relationship between healthcare service quality perception and healthcare utilization among elderly individuals aged 65 and over who use public health centers in Seoul. The results showed that higher perceptions of facility and environment, patient-centered care, physician expertise, and emotional support from staff were associated with increased healthcare utilization at public health centers.
