Summary

This study analyzed the loyalty formation mechanism of mobile messenger service users by applying Oliver's four-stage loyalty model. The results showed that positive emotions had a positive impact on immersion and behavioral loyalty, while negative emotions had a negative impact on behavioral loyalty. In addition, social network formation and service quality were found to have a significant impact on positive emotions.
