Summary

This study analyzed the relationship between nursing organizational culture and customer orientation among nurses in general hospitals. The results showed a positive correlation between the types of nursing organizational culture perceived by nurses and customer orientation, with significant results particularly observed in charge nurses and team nursing. This suggests that hospital managers should pay attention to the management of nurses as internal customers.
