Summary
This study measured the web accessibility of health-related websites of government and public organizations using automated and expert evaluations based on Korean guidelines. The evaluation results showed that medical institutions and some organizations had high accessibility, but problems such as insufficient alternative text, poor contrast ratio, and markup errors hindered web accessibility for users with visual, cognitive, and motor impairments.
