Summary

This study analyzed the impact of urban tourism experience on city brand loyalty among visitors to the Jamsil Tourism Special Zone. Factor analysis revealed five factors of urban tourism experience (emotional, leisure, visual, perceptual, food) and four factors of city brand loyalty (behavioral, proactive, emotional, cognitive), with all experience factors partially influencing loyalty. Notably, emotional experience had the greatest impact on loyalty.
