This study explores development strategies for furniture brand design research with the increasing number of single-person households, conducting usability evaluations focused on IKEA and Hanssem. The results indicate a high proportion of single-person households are in their 20s and 30s, showing a preference for furniture for one, but a lack of community markets for furniture sharing and resale.
