Summary

This study examined the hypothesis that high-commitment human resource management positively influences the internalization of HR systems and organizational commitment, which in turn leads to quality management activities. The analysis revealed that high wages, evaluation, education, information sharing, and job security enhance organizational commitment and internalization of HR systems, and the internalization of HR systems positively impacts quality management activities.
