Summary

This study investigated the effects of garlic and black garlic intake on fatigue recovery and antioxidant index after maximal exercise in 20s college students. The black garlic intake group showed slight benefits in terms of exercise performance and heart rate, but no statistically significant differences were observed. However, garlic intake caused odor and digestive discomfort, while black garlic intake positively affected the total antioxidant capacity.
