Summary

This study analyzes the distribution of the non-identifiable indefinite noun phrase “我的+一個+NP” and explores its appearance in definiteness-inclined positions. The results show that this structure frequently appears in definiteness-inclined positions and can occur in definiteness-inclined positions despite being an indefinite noun phrase. To explain this phenomenon, the hypothesis that a locatable phrase (LP) can be added above a determiner phrase (DP) is proposed.
