Summary

This study investigated the effect of dark chocolate ingestion on aerobic exercise capacity, Creatine kinase, and antioxidant capacity. The results showed that dark chocolate intake partially affected exercise performance time, blood CK concentration, and total antioxidant capacity, but no significant differences were observed.
