Summary

This study aims to analyze the problems of research support services for academic researchers using the Presidential Archives and to propose improvements. Through literature research, analysis of domestic and foreign Presidential Archives websites, and inquiries and information requests to officials of the US Presidential Archives, the current status was analyzed, leading to the identification of six areas for improvement. Based on these findings, a research support service model was designed and proposed for each service category.
