This study analyzed the operation of the Information Disclosure Deliberation Committee after the implementation of the Government 3.0 policy and identified its problems. The analysis revealed that the committee's operation had not significantly changed or had worsened compared to before Government 3.0, and proposed improvements such as regularizing meetings, increasing the proportion of external members, prioritizing in-person meetings, and establishing a dedicated department and staffing.
