Summary

This study investigated the impact of dance teacher leadership on the learning and achievement goal orientations of dance major students. The results showed that contingent reward, intellectual stimulation, and individualized consideration positively influenced learning goal orientation, while management by exception, intellectual stimulation, and individualized consideration positively influenced achievement goal orientation.
