This study investigated the intention and perception of 712 visitors to the 2012 Cheonan Heungtaryeong Dance Festival to establish practical strategies for its success as a regional festival. The results showed significant differences in revisit and recommendation intentions based on visitor characteristics such as age, occupation, education level, and dance experience, with younger students and those with limited dance experience showing higher intentions. Visitors also expressed a need for expanding international activities and strengthening promotion through SNS.
