This study analyzes performance formats through collaboration as a method for audience acquisition and development of dance performances. Specifically, it explores the possibility of securing popularity for Korean dance through collaboration performance cases of the National Dance Company of Korea (Dan, Mukhyang, Hwiori, Tournament) and seeks ways to communicate with contemporary audiences. Collaboration is expected to contribute to audience marketing, improvement of work quality, and development of new performance genres.
