Summary

This study analyzed the total phenol and total flavonoid content and antioxidant activity of the leaf, stem bulb, and root parts of Allium tuberosum. The leaf of Allium tuberosum showed higher total phenol content, total flavonoid content, and antioxidant activity than other parts, and the highest activity was observed in a 60% methanol-water mixture. Antioxidant activity was more strongly correlated with total phenol content than with total flavonoid content.
