Summary

This study investigated the impact of leadership types on self-efficacy, collective efficacy, and organizational effectiveness among hotel F&B employees. Transformational leadership components such as charisma/vision, individualized consideration, and intellectual stimulation positively influenced collective efficacy, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment. Furthermore, self-efficacy and collective efficacy were found to affect organizational commitment through job satisfaction.
