Summary

Hyaluronic acid microbeads were synthesized by dropping a hyaluronic acid solution into a divinyl sulfone solution, with crosslinking temperatures ranging from 20 to 60°C. As the crosslinking temperature increased, the porous structure of the microbeads became denser, and the swelling ratio decreased from 970% to 670%.
