Summary

This study analyzes the impact of relational norms on franchisees' perceived fairness and, ultimately, their intention to renew contracts within the restaurant franchise relationship. A survey was conducted on franchises with 100 or more stores in Seoul, Incheon, and Gyeonggi Province, analyzing 515 responses. The research findings aim to contribute to the positive relationship building in the restaurant franchise industry and provide a conceptual framework for improving franchisee satisfaction and performance.
